Ali Naqvi started his career as an Assistant Vice President in Treasury & Securities at J.P. Morgan, in December 2007, where he used to see the KYC for all Western US Escrow & Exchange transactions and Business Development for the Western US. He worked there for 2 years and 7 months and resigned in June 2010.
Naqvi joined Computershare in Greater New York City Area in June 2010. He worked there as a Vice President in US Equity Services, where he had the responsibilities of providing an array of services to help legal advisors and their clients around the US: Escrow, Transfer Agent/Paying & Exchange Agent, IPO, Proxy Solicitation, Corporate Restructuring & Class Action. He worked there for 1 year and 9 months and then renounced the position in February 2012.
Naqvi joined Deutsche Bank, Greater Los Angeles Area, on Mar 2012 as a Vice President in Trust & Securities Services. There he was the Head of TSS Sales for the Western US – responsible for all business development for Deutsche Bank’s Trust & Securities group covering 9 states in the Western US, focusing on mergers & acquisitions/private equity escrow solutions. After working for 5 years, he resigned from the job in Feb 2017.
